Mandy Bogue
Founding Creative Director
Mandy leads the artistic vision and creative development of The Standard. She oversees programming, directs productions, and guides the organization's artistic strategy while collaborating with artists, educators, and partners to develop meaningful theatrical experiences.
Michael Marone
Founding Production Director
Michael oversees the production infrastructure of The Standard, in addition to directing, including technical planning, production logistics, and facility development. He works closely with creative teams to bring productions to life with professional standards and innovative design.
Company Artists and Collaborators
The Standard works with a diverse team of artists who bring each production to life. Our team includes incredible professionals in their fields who join us throughout the season to support performances, classes, and special projects.
This Summer, The Standard is thrilled to welcome a group of talented teen and collegiate artists to our team as Company Artists and student leaders. These emerging performers, educators, and theater-makers support our productions, camps, and training programs while getting hands-on professional experience in rehearsal rooms, classrooms, and on stage. Their spirit is what defines The Standard's creative community.
