Kyle Stratton

Kyle Stratton is a Northeastern Pennsylvania–based visual artist and scenic painter whose work centers on regional identity and visual storytelling. He is a graduate of Temple University’s Tyler School of Art & Architecture, where he earned a BFA in Painting and Drawing.

In addition to his studio work, Kyle has served as a lead scenic artist for community and school productions, contributing to the creation of large-scale visual environments that support and enhance theatrical storytelling. His approach combines strong artistic composition with an understanding of how design functions within performance.

Kyle is a two-time Gold Winner for Best Adult Artist in the Times Leader’s “Best of the Best” awards. His work often reflects the history, culture, and character of Northeastern Pennsylvania, translating local landscapes and narratives into bold, contemporary visual forms.

At The Standard Theatre Company, Kyle contributes as a scenic artist, bringing a distinct visual perspective and a commitment to creating environments that elevate each production.
