In addition to her performance work, Rylee has developed a growing body of work as a director and choreographer, bringing a thoughtful, actor-centered approach to the rehearsal process. Her work is rooted in clarity, musicality, and strong visual storytelling, allowing her to guide performers with intention while creating dynamic, engaging stage movement.
Rylee is especially passionate about working with young artists, creating environments that are both supportive and appropriately challenging—where performers are encouraged to take risks, build confidence, and develop discipline in their craft.
A former student of Mandy Bruno Bogue, Rylee is honored to now work alongside her as part of The Standard Theatre Company, where she serves as a director, choreographer, and teaching artist. She is committed to helping shape the next generation of performers while contributing to a standard of work that is both artistically rigorous and deeply collaborative.
