Step into the Pride Lands! Young performers will bring the beloved story of The Lion King to life while building skills in acting, singing, movement, character development, and ensemble work.
 

Designed specifically for young performers, this program gives students the experience of rehearsing and performing a fully staged musical in a supportive, high-energy environment. Students will work with The Standard’s teaching artists to develop confidence, strengthen performance skills, and learn the discipline and teamwork that go into creating a production.
 

Featuring favorite songs including “Circle of Life,” “Hakuna Matata,” and “I Just Can’t Wait to Be King,” Disney’s The Lion King KIDS offers roles and opportunities for performers at every experience level.
 

No prior theatre experience is necessary. Students should come ready to learn, collaborate, take creative risks, and have fun!

The program culminates in fully staged performances for family, friends, and the community.
